Cardiovascular	0-6	Sum vasoactive medication, lactate and age-adjusted MAP categories.
Coagulation	0-2	Count abnormal platelets, INR, D-dimer and fibrinogen, capped at 2 points.
Neurological	0-2	Score GCS and pupil reactivity category.
